These Terms govern the submission of applications through the Ipex Logistics Partner Application Form.
By submitting an application, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Application
The application is intended solely to evaluate individuals and businesses that may be interested in becoming independent partners within the Ipex Logistics network.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. No Employment Offer
Submitting this application:
- does not constitute an offer of employment;
- does not create a franchise agreement;
- does not create an agency relationship;
- does not create a partnership in the legal sense;
- does not create any contractual obligation on either party.
Any future cooperation will be subject to separate written agreements.
3. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, all information provided is accurate and complete.
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application.
4. Assessment Process
Ipex Logistics may:
- review your application;
- request additional information;
- request supporting documents;
- arrange interviews or meetings;
- conduct reasonable business verification where appropriate.
We are under no obligation to approve any application.
5. Confidentiality
Information submitted by applicants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Applicants should avoid submitting confidential business information unless specifically requested.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, logos, graphics, text and software, remains the property of Ipex Logistics unless otherwise stated.
Nothing within the application process grants any licence or right to use our intellectual property.
7. Independent Business Relationship
If accepted, applicants will generally operate as independent contractors or independent businesses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptance into the network does not guarantee delivery volumes, revenue, geographic exclusivity or future work.
8. Future Commercial Terms
Operational requirements, service levels, pricing, payment terms, insurance requirements, technology usage, branding standards and other commercial terms will be governed by separate agreements where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ipex Logistics shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, business decisions or losses incurred as a result of submitting an application or relying upon information provided during the recruitment process.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes
Ipex Logistics may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
